Welcome to our wedding pages. We
got married in The Netherlands, in the picturesque village of Oisterwijk.
The red dot on the map indicates where to find it.
The wedding was a wonderful mix of Dutch, American, Indonesian and Chinese traditions. As Dutch weddings go, it was a full day of ceremonies and celebrations. We started out at 11:15 am with the civil ceremony at City Hall. At 12:30 pm, we had a beautiful church ceremony at the Nederlandse Hervormde Kerk of Oisterwijk. After this, there was an afternoon reception for all guests, during which the wedding cake was served. At around 5:30pm, we conducted a Chinese tea ceremony for just the immediate family. The evening reception consisted of dinner and dancing, with a great band, excellent speeches and many creative contributions from our guests and masters of ceremony.
